Oil painting size 24 cm

As the title says The author is unknown (you may know that you can peel off the back of the frame) Purchased from a friend for 50,000 yen in 1991 There are no scratches on the picture itself There are some scratches on the white frame If you are a dexterous person, I think that it is within the range that can be corrected and repaired. I think it's the best way to replace the frame, Let go with the frame A person who has no idea of our value Please assume that it is a used item to the last. How about those who are interested? Oil painting size 24 cm x 17 cm First of all, with expectations, at half the purchase price I look forward to working with you
